Hi, I’m Naomi Netwal, a Junior interior designer based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. My work is rooted in creating spaces that feel warm, intentional, and easy to move through. Space planning and reworking layouts fascinate me—figuring out how a space should function rather than just how it looks.

Naturally, I pay attention to details and how people interact with a space, which helps me design environments that feel intuitive and comfortable. My aesthetic leans bohemian and earthy, with a focus on calm materials, layered textures, and a layout that supports everyday use.

Through my education and hands-on experience, I’ve learned how to balance design ideas with real client needs. Taking time to understand each client’s lifestyle and story, my goal is for the final space to feel personal, not generic. Additionally, I actively seek feedback and industry insight to keep improving my work.

Long term, I’m also earning my way towards an architecture degree. The knowledge of a home, as a whole, allows me, as a designer, to design cohesively. Strategically, my team would be comprised of plumbers, electricians, contractors, carpenters, videographers, and social media managers. The goal would be to produce videos for social media that are fun, interesting, and enjoyable to watch. As social media continuously evolves, I am challenged to stay abreast of the current trends thus accomplishing interior design and architecture that can work hand in hand for the most creative designs.
