I love creating thoughtful, holistic designs based on research, empathy, and technical experience. I enjoy doing research, getting to know my client’s needs, particularly cultural elements, special accommodations, sustainability, aesthetics, and more. This deep research creates a guiding concept which all design choices are tied to. This results in a space that feels like an extension of the user’s personality in both residential and commercial settings. I have been interested in art and design since I was a kid, particularly interiors as it combines practicality and technicality with personal expression in a way users can interact with and benefit from every day. I have travelled to over 20 states, which has given me inspiration from seeing the differences in culture, design, user needs, and geography in different regions across the United States. I love to experience and learn new things from people, the environment, and exploring, and I carry this mindset into my designs.
